======The Cagan-Debara War====== 
From the time of the First Dark Emperor, [[Debara]] had always been an aggressive nation seeking to expand its borders and riches. With the [[ReunificationWars|Reunification Wars]], High King [[AndrellMorgonson|Andrell]] put a stop to outright aggression by [[Debara]]. However, during the chaos surrounding the ascension of [[CereliaSoards|Cerelia]], [[Debara]] once again began to aggressively expand. 

After the situation stabilized, the tiny region of [[Cagan]] was given control over many of the lands that had been conquered by [[Debara]] under the flag of [[Caden]]. By 1111, [[Debara]]n leadership felt that High King [[DougallJordanson|Dougall]] had gone too far, and launched a campaign to reclaim what they felt was rightfully their territory, going to war against Cagan. The war only lasted 3 months, when High King forces seized the port of [[Argen]], [[Debara]]'s capital, and High King [[DougallJordanson|Dougall]] threatened to banish the entire Debaran nobility and turn their territories over to [[Cagan]].
