While technically one of the youngest schools in Iskitaan, the University of Mersone is rich in history. The school was created from the academic remnants of the [[UniversityofMagic|University of Magic]], and is housed in the same buildings in [[Mersone]] that the [[UniversityofMagic|University of Magic]] used. In the 880+ years since [[AndrellMorgonson|Andrell]] became High King, the University of Mersone has become the finest institution of higher learning in Iskitaan.
