The legal system, or law, in the realms of Iskitaan is a complex and layered system. The High King is responsible for setting the master laws to which the various Realms must comply with and enforce, but those laws are aimed mostly at trade, dispute resolution and some basics rights of humanity. Any additional laws a realm or city wishes to enforce are it's own province, though they cannot conflict with the High King's Laws.
