The Ice Elves
The Ricsilv are live in the highest, coldest climates of the mountains. They are both a subculture of the Cersilv, and the army that defends the Cersilv realms. The size of the Ricsilv culture and army were reduced during the Silv Wars, when the majority of the Ricsilv took the side of the Larsilv.
